When Approval is Required

- Facility Settings: Some facilities have auto-approval enabled for all users
- Payment Method: Online payments may be auto-approved after payment is processed
Manual Approval Required
Your booking requires manual approval if:
- You're a Public User: Public (non-member) bookings typically require approval
- Facility Settings: The facility has manual approval enabled
- Special Circumstances: Your booking has special requests that need review
Booking Statuses
Understanding what each status means:
Pending Approval
- Your booking request has been submitted
- Center staff are reviewing your request
- Payment has not been processed yet (for online payments)
- You'll receive an email when the status changes

Approved

Confirmed
